Devised originally by Li Bing and his son in 256 BC, it was the first biggest attempt to make the Yangtze River beneficial to people along the downstream in Chengdu area.
After one hour and thirty minutes' drive, you will be astounded by the ingenious and huge water-controlling masterpiece.
There are many vendors nearby to sell typical local souvenirs which could be a lot of fun.
